This is a very large blank of Tasmanian Blackwood that is rarely obtained in this size. It's an old John boddy's wood blank and does seem to be brilliant quality. It has figured marked on the front, but doesn't look figured on that side, potentailly on the back it may look like some ripple. Either way this ready to be a head turning piece.
